If you cannot upload the e-book, some possible reasons may be as follows:
1) Some e-books are only available for a limited number of users at a time.
2) A publisher can sometimes restrict the downloading of e-books.
3) With some e-book services, you can only download a limited number of e-books simultaneously (e.g. 10 items). Return some of the e-books you downloaded before downloading new ones.
4) If you have problems, we are happy to help you. Contact the library.
